Sorry to let the loop become broken!

Talking of broken. Thats what my ankle is. Im giving it 8 weeks to get its act together and in tbat time im going to hammer my bench to bring it in line with my fellow lifters.

My week will look roughly like this.

Mon: Heavy bench and tris.
Wed: shoulders OHP lats arms etc (general bench accesorys)
Thursday or friday: Band/chains bench depending on what gym im at followed by more chains.

My gym bench pb is 170kg i want to be hitting that for 2 by december!

Wednesday : savage tris and bis workout cus i got called out by some body builders.

Friday:
Seated OHP
60x8
80x8
100x5
120x5x5

Side raises and front raises
12.5kg dumbells 5x12

Incline dumbells
35x5
45x5
50x3x5

Following our very own Phat Sams lead im going to attempt a 1rm on overhead press soon. I feel im good for 140kg. Never done a 1rm on OHP before so will see how this goes.

I wanted to do floor press but the gym was ramo and couldnt get a squat rack to do it within.

Last session before i start comp prep so just fancied a little play around

Close grip bench

Then on to a proper bro sesh of alt curlz
I did loads started at 17.5kg worked up to the 25s. Felt like a king.

lol I read 'savage tris' and thought this meant some exercise in a smith machine with bands and a 3 inch ROM for 50 reps

After i posted it i thoughy.someone may pick up on that. A beautiful accident.

Sadly my workouts always contain full ROM
I dont even believe in rack pulls!

Lol yes a beautiful accident, though hearing that a normally equipped lifter who deosnt do partial Roms is a bit of a shock. Maybe that's why you haven't had to make up too much ground between your raw and eq lifts good stuff. How is the uneqip training going?

Its going well thanks mate. My body is taking an absaloute pounding though.
Pressing strength keeps on rising and as an added bonus my general physique is looking much better too.
