Squat 170 good lift 175 good lift 180 fail Bench 115 good lift 125 good lift 130 fail. Didn't even come off my chest. Deads with s**t bar 205 good lift 215 gold lift, slow 515 total. Qualifying total for British was 512.5 for u83s, but I think it's now gone up. Cutting hit me a bit, dropped about 3kg and probably 5kg or so from my squat and deadlift. | ||
