Dickabout comp yesterday, just testing maxes with loads of guys and a girl.

Squat
170 good lift
175 good lift
180 fail

Bench
115 good lift
125 good lift
130 fail. Didn't even come off my chest.

Deads with s**t bar
205 good lift
215 gold lift, slow

515 total. Qualifying total for British was 512.5 for u83s, but I think it's now gone up.

Cutting hit me a bit, dropped about 3kg and probably 5kg or so from my squat and deadlift.

I just left it at home. Strange to think I can hold onto a 29-30mm chromed bar what I can with a 27mm deadlift bar with chalk. I either have good grip or a sh1t deadlift. I like to think it's a combination of them both.
