Love the way you’re casually strolling towards bench PB territory (who cares about body weight) 10? 15? years into training after having a few injuries too. Solid work.

Thanks. This is the best my benching has ever been whilst eligible for IPF comps. I did hit 160 for a casual single before, but that was whilst inly eligible for untested comps.

I want to see if deadlifting on concrete yields better results than pulling on 20mm rubber flooring, because the scales show about 15% less on the latter and I'm sure there's a fair bit of energy loss.

I'm still injured all over though.
