I do a few warmup sets with an empty bar, then put my sleeves on for top sets for flat, incline, decline bench, and shoulder press. I attribute my bad knees to squatting with naked knees so I use elbows sleeves as a preventative measure. | ||

I place 30-40 pound 3”diameter Steel bar right below my Brestbone. I then exhale and sort of meditate as I roll the cold bar slowly down my stomach burping and farting until my balloon is not trapping air and my food gets a movin. Sounds odd but leaky fat ball has deflated! Hmmm | ||
