Woke up with a slightly sore back the other day, then went to the building site. Something went in my back which left me unable to pick up a coffee cup off the floor, so skipped deadlifts.

I hydrate from within with about 4-5 litres of water a day. I don't consciously make an effort to drink, I just drink and it doesn't have much effect on me.

Do you like to incline bench with sleeves? I have to warm up a long time for if I bench it cold my elbow feel like it’s going to snap backwards.

I do a few warmup sets with an empty bar, then put my sleeves on for top sets for flat, incline, decline bench, and shoulder press. I attribute my bad knees to squatting with naked knees so I use elbows sleeves as a preventative measure.

I can’t remember thalassemia time I farted while lifting. I place 30-40 pound 3”diameter
Steel bar right below my Brestbone. I then exhale and sort of meditate as I roll the cold bar slowly down my stomach burping and farting until my balloon is not trapping air and my food gets a movin. Sounds odd but leaky fat ball has deflated! Hmmm
