Shoulder mobility exercises eased the shoulder off to be able to bench along with 200mg ibuprofen. It was still relatively painful but felt as good as it has in a while

Notes
Sleeve up bicep helped eliviate a lot of the pain. I will bench like this every week up to comp now. I had 400mg ibuprofen. Slight problem with arse coming off albeit only an inch or so.
