Decided to work more on reps a bit lower weight than at my maximum. 6/7 weeks ago i couldn't even do more than 140 for 1, but did more than it for reps today. Much easier than first time 127.5 FAIL Slingshot on 140 Fail (Have successfully pressed this before, video on here) 130 x 1 (I wanted more than 1 rep but felt like my energy was sapped after 1st rep :S) Slingshot off 120 x 1 110 x 4 100 x 6 60 x 13 (intended to do 20 but chest was killing after 13th. Maybe need to work on reps a bit more) 60 x 10 paused reps 60 x 15 After this session I have decided to try and get more reps on 120 for a couple of weeks before going for a new 1rep max | ||

Also, for the first time i deadlifted without shoes on which was more comfortable. 60 x 3 100 x 3 140 x 3 146 x 3 156 x 1 PB ( only by 1kg but still a pb lol ) 158 FAIL ( Back felt very tight by now ) 151 x 3 120 x 1 | ||

I didn't really know what to expect much as i have not trained with others doing this. My delts and triceps just weren't feeling up to it so i stopped benching. Deadlift 70 x 5 70 x 3 120 x 2 150 x 2 This was quite hard :S 170 x F This was quite easy last week Stopped here I think a combination of not having any breakfast and fatigue from a hard weeks training just made me really weak today, oh well. Rest today and hit it again tomorrow, i guess we all have s**t days... | ||
