I was going to have the day off but had a sudden urge to do deadlift ha.
Decided to work more on reps a bit lower weight than at my maximum. 6/7 weeks ago i couldn't even do more than 140 for 1, but did more than it for reps today. This was pleasing as it was my second deadlift session of the week and my back was still a bit tender from the first

My back was still really aching from fridays session so i expected to be weak in this session.
Also, for the first time i deadlifted without shoes on which was more comfortable.

First time doing this in the gym. I didn't really know what to expect much as i have not trained with others doing this.

Interesting one tonight
I was intending on squat and shoulders but it was cut short due to a powercut of the whole gym

What i did get done:

Seated barbell shoulder press BTN

Felt horrible. My delts and triceps just weren't feeling up to it so i stopped benching.

I think a combination of not having any breakfast and fatigue from a hard weeks training just made me really weak today, oh well. Rest today and hit it again tomorrow, i guess we all have s**t days...
