Walked out, bent knees slightly and couldn't believe how heavy it felt Bench (60) feet up 10 hard :-( (92.5) 4 hard&feeling terrible, 4 v. Hard but good, 4 v. Hard, 4 hard but good Military Press (35) 10, 9, 9, 9 Feeling v. weak and underfed | ||

Not having drunk alcohol for the last 3 weeks has probably helped a lot. Might stay teetotal until March. With strength having dropped off significantly - mostly due to weight loss, but partly also due to not wanting to squat or deadlift heavily as it gives me back issues - I am having to find other ways to keep my workouts interesting. I did enjoy the multiple sets of high-rep sumo deads I did yesterday. | ||
