At some point during the year that may of been the case, but by the end of the year I had lost most of it again.

Yeah it can be like that at times. You do get a fair few in there that seem to think swimming is going to be there miracle fix, as you hear them talking about food to each other and diet obviously isn't something they are getting to grips with. I don't like to be cruel and call people fat, so I call them nutritional overachievers Wink

I bet you were wearing nut huggers (Speedos) just to show off as much of your rig as possible tooGrin

Mate, i had skin tight shorts on LOL. Like triathlon shorts. Cant stand baggy surfer things. Bit tight on the old squat pistons, but hugged my ass nicely loooool

Cheers goatse face. To be honest my goal for today was 4 to beat last week, but they were too easy to stop there so I carried on until the last rep had slowed down quite a bit and that was at 7.

That's why I should stick to my plan of hitting higher reps at lower weights as you won't want to do the same to beat me Wink

Great session. 80 x 5 is an equal PB from back when I used to bounce every rep at the bottom so very happy with that. Got all the reps on dips this week too. I've written my plans next 5 phases out and if I get through it all without stalling I'll be much stronger than I've ever been before. I'm only going to do videos from the 1s week from now on.
