Member 1262, 347 posts SQ 180, BP 95, DL 213 488.0 kgs @ 77kgs UnEq	I'm fairly short (5'7") and yesterday I thought I'd try 18 inch deadlifts to combat my deadlift plateau I put the bar on blocks so it was in line with the top of my knees and managed to get to 220kg. I also stood on 20kg plates so the bar was just below my knees and managed to get to 215. Was this the right height?

Full mask or nasal and chin strap? Member 3254, 2485 posts	Below your knees could be 15" if I had to guess As others have said, measure it from the floor to the middle of the bar But Im confident it's Definately not higher than 18" on that set up descriptions
