Thanks sir! I seem to be getting better with the fine things I read here on this forum. I got to meet a cool friend you!

Today I felt crushed with work plus crushed from overhead stuff. I had only an hour to crush it before back to another chor. A mans work is never finished. I was mentally fried doing squats with little breaks. This is how old people get hurt. So focus cap override systems go:
10 minutes to all the pressing crap out the squat rack.
A workout in a sense
Bar 10 reps x 2
135 x 5 x 2
205 x 5 x 1
275 x 5 x1
325 x 2 x1
375 x 2 x 5
400 x 2 x 2
All easy deep raw sold. Hard to understand how I woke from the dead. Held back a little from a plan whispering in my brain. Hercules hold you idiot. Got Skin?

I repeat things I previously told others. Some I know forgot and needed a reminder. Others I labeled them as possible forgetters and they abruptly stop me while in my flow. Oh well let's go to the desert now!

Have you ever been out of the rack 4 plates squat miss? How do you bail or how would you bail? I'll tell you sir ree I did do try to slip and embedded and glued bar behind my head though. Human tomato madness. Billfraid

Slept around all day. Kind of thinking out loud that what have I gotten myself into. Training should be painless. Rode schwinn airdyne to break a sweat weight 243. Lost it ate. I could weigh 260 if I wanted to no problem. Thought Deads to 500 couple couple stuff and the voice said you done fool. I replied please don't be BS in me now. Stretch long walk. Cleaned gym. Headache from too much computer useage. Darkness eyes closed and good cool air from open windows rest helped. Got lucky there. I have a hard time truly defining lazy so how much or little to add the right spices at the right time to the iron soup batch is vital for your best. The 10 pound scares my overheads the most.

Ah yes have done exactly that my hips went up my torso stayed still I got spat out across the gym Eek I was ok bruised ego and bent bar the only casualty. Didn't use rack big mistake.lesson learnt.

Baahhaad memories. I see some videoed on here out of the rack squatting. I chimed in but they just fluffed their tail feathers. I wasn't my business though. To each their own.

Farmers hold 230 x4 sets hands right felt like the same stop job was happening probably skin was never the same left had balls. Got to shave the lumps off. Please don't do this to me again. I'm concerned with right hand skin.
