Not real happy and not real sad. Bad choices in 90 seconds. I never lifted a fire hydrant over my head but a taste from it. Arizona here I come hopefully! Well friends being the wimp that I am, I wish to say that I feel like I got ran over by a football team and not a truck. My right forearm and right knee hurts. It actually feels like from the Hercules hold, fire hydrant something that I did that my right forearm feels like someone hit my forearm with the peen of a ball/ peen hammer. It freggin aches just to whatever let's change the subject new comp sandbag and pressing axle is in fashion but I'd figure today to keep the legs strong and rest Popeyed forearm.
I wanna feel sorry for the me!

Axle Pressing the hard stuff for me non Continental the way I have to lift it overhead once 200 pounds begin or I can't clean it. Old compound fracture forearm. The most I got was 11 years ago and if my will power stays I chase it with fire but light weight today because forearm bicep (the under one right) is painful and Still my black and blue arm felt bad, but soon after awhile life came to it. Tommarrow I will pay the piper though.fairly strictly strict.

As leroy the machine would say "make peace with the pain" not sure Spock did! Imagine feeling everyone's pain.if the body is overloaded with pain it switches off but the brain? Anywho solid work Billy and train hard fight easy for Mitch comp.

Thank you john! The dudes can weigh as much as 330 pounds. It's a national comp, weights are heavy but I'll chill a small bit after this. Hope all is well my friend.

Had to give my right arm a break, but concerned that I got to heat up the lower back. I made stupid mistakes and know I will fix them. Since I got I think 15 reps on the car dead last week, I felt it a must to do Deads axle 15" but George needed me there. He was greatful that I showed. He got 385 with a bad leg. 425 and he owns the record83 years old 160 pounds just missed 420 us last years nats.

Exactly one week ago, I was a very tired man.
Today, I knew the stones needed done. It's been awhile. Got up early and cleaned up old events and pulled out current ones.
I figured stones so be it.
Up to 260 x 1 10 good ones with medium breaks 207 stone for 10. Set the platform higher to 60" inches for all these reps for the launch effect. You see us shorties have issues.perhaps next comp I will use these techniques.

Sit-ups and sledhammer crap. I am getting ready to switch employment also to full time detective work. Bought another motorcycle and am soon within the year live a life of little work and lots of training. I been saving all my life and burning the candle at both ends. Time to catch up to the spoiled brats now!

If I can only get my knee to stabilize, get in sandbag shape, and toughen up a bit the sandbag can improve greatly. Leg are or seem to be fatigue from it. Somewher between 200 and 220 bag
Short 16 feet and turn for a thought 3/4 of an hour on whenever I felt I could get a run of 30 feet. I then would hold it. I have a fat greasy fat gut that needs strengthened

Today I wanted to workout, but 430am start
Sill working til 11pm. They left me with all the work and didn't forearm me. Fork toungues. When I'm done no alcohol or watching the TV. I will rest and get ready for a better day. If for some odd reason I get a energy wave I will squat. My problem is when I don't train because I am older, it seems like I get weaker. The last comp I felt that my heart was there for the events I just made stupid mistakes. I did qualify for nats. I'm going to both leagues
