Kind of blew his mind. Been working since a kid doubling extra stretching. Time perhaps to do a security thing again. Something but I still got to see the figure. Box people life with fake light isn't that bad but mean people can make an enriching day into a shoestring tied into a thousand knots. Weights make life easier knowing that you are mentally stronger than the brittle haters. Bench pB today since years ago broken neck chunks digging in the spinal nerve.arse came off a smudge Tricep stuff Again mean people suck! | ||

Busy all day for the misses really didn't mess me up because I am shot. Shot from long days and I think it helped. I am now shot again from cranking up atlas stones but think I'll do more tommarrow working on speed and technique. Tommarrow I will do what I can. I am a chair in the hall that is all. I can't imagine any other way to workout because I've come to the conclusion that doing what you feel You feel is the right training to do is Frank Sinatra. Do it your way if your happy and you know it clap your hands only if You feel you need to. | ||
