Thanks chaps it was right on the limit. Really taking to the zerchers now and feel they would be a great benefit for keg carry.

Good for Atlas stones as well. Especially if you pick them up from the floor instead of the rack.

I'd love to get atlas stones one day. I've had a couple of shots of atlas stones in the past. Was lucky to get tuition from Stevie Cherry who was an absolute beast with stones when I trained with him.
I remember finding them really tough to get out the hole. Hopefully one day will get a shot again.
