Was supposed to do three 6s today but first was tough so did two 4s after. Not too worried, as I hadn't squatted for 10 days after all.

Pleased with 242.5 x 4. Second set I deliberately stopped at 3 meaning to get the 8th rep hook grip. Very pleased to hook 242.5 as this would be around an opening weight for me. I don't think I could pull my 275 PB hook yet, but it is certainly on the increase.
