Not too worried, as I hadn't squatted for 10 days after all. Deadlift: 110 kg x 5 150 kg x 3 190 kg x 2, belt, straps 220 kg x 1 242.5 kg x 4 PB 242.5 kg x 3 242.5 kg x 1 (Hook grip, PB) Pleased with 242.5 x 4. Second set I deliberately stopped at 3 meaning to get the 8th rep hook grip. Very pleased to hook 242.5 as this would be around an opening weight for me. I don't think I could pull my 275 PB hook yet, but it is certainly on the increase. | ||
