yesterday

Pulled a muscle in my glutes warming up on squat on Monday. Could feel it on deadlift too, so didn't do the full 4 sets of 3 @ 237.5

Deadlift:

60 kg x 5
100 kg x 5

180 kg x 2 - felt glutes, belt
200 kg x 2 straps
220 kg x 1

237.5 kg x 3
237.5 kg x 1
237.5 kg x 1

DB Row:

72.5 kg x 8/8/8 (straps)

Machine Row:

170 kg x 15/14/13

Machine Row 2:

87 kg x 15/15/15
