Well I benched 125 last August, didn't go heavier than 117.5 x 2 until May when I tried 120 for a single and it was a maximal effort. DB bench: 20 kg x 5 37.5 kg x 5 50 kg x 1 assisted rep and fail 2nd rep :P Was pressing out the 2nd rep and the DB just moved outwards, so I dropped it before I wrecked my rotator cuff | ||
