Farmers walk: 3*20m*76kg

It's just a comp my gym is hosting. It's quite light but will be a good chance to get my fitness up and test my water cut.

Erm.. the heaviest I have deadlifted in the last 2 months is 120kg. I'm recovering from a slipped disc.. would rather not but happy to load for you and maybe do some lighter deads myself. Can do yoke/farmers/stones/log or anything else you fancy.

nah I was just asking because I thought you might want to do a run through of the comp. I maxed on deads last week so suits me not to. log, yoke, farmers + stones is good.

no worries man. could probably give you some pointers on log and I have a few farmers tips and tricks too.

1*55kg R only, failed on phase 8/9

I'd like to do both again, the 48kg L was not really satisfactory on the last phase. The 51kg R was better but still I'd like to control it for a few seconds before lowering it. Another 2 weeks off these as it cains my elbow.

1*20kg failed 3 times on left, did 2 easy ones on right
2*2*16kg didn't quite get all the way through on the left first round but second round did the full 2 reps.

I'm gonna leave the heavy KB reps but might try a heavy circus bell on Friday instead.

Front-squats: 5*5*92.5kg
