TGU with barbell:
1*empty
1*20kg
1*30kg
1*40kg
By default all PBs. These were much harder than I expected. Definitely works slightly different muscles.

TGU with circus bell:
1*44kg
PB on the left, equal PB on the right. This was the implement I tore my cartilage on so very nice to successfully get the lift. Also harder than expected though.

CGBP: 5*8*72.5kg
Strict press (paused): 5*5*52.5kg
Deads: 10*3*130kg
Front-squats: 5*5*95kg

Strongman training with Will at his place

Log: 4*85kg in 60s - should be able to get this to 5 and then gradually increase the weight
Yoke: 250kg*40m in 60s - slightly injured left ankle hindered me here but it was shill a bit s**t
Farmers: 90kg*22m - as above
Stones: 5*110kg in 60s - messed up a rep, can't be making those kinda mistakes

These were much harder than anticipated. Was planning on doing 5/4/3/2/1 or even 5*5. The set of 4 and 3 were harder than any timed holds I've done so far. Horrible.

Watt bike: 29 cals in 60s
Deads: 10*3*135kg
Front-squats: 4*5*97.5kg, 10*97.5kg
Ab wheel: 6*6

3*3*16kg - vast improvement over last week's 3*2 and the previous week's 1*2 Grin

61kg Log/43kg circus dumbell medley: 10 in 60s, 11 in 60s
Need to practise the bell rack but it's pretty quick. 12 might be possible. Will train with a heavier log though, maybe up to 70kg.

CGBP: 5*5*77.5kg
Strict press: 8*3*57.5kg

dont be soft! you werent that far behind me with my kit and events ive been training since the turn of the year.

Was tried from my 35km evening stroll yesterday so wasn't sure what to expect.

Log (FTOH): 5*85kg in 1 minute with 6 seconds to spare - really happy with this
OH yoke carry: 3*67kg*100m
1-arm farmers: 1*47kg*50m, 2*50m*37kg
Sack carry: 4*65kg*40m, 1*65kg*100m, 1*65kg*120m
Tyre flips: 1*350kg, 26*227kg
