Definitely works slightly different muscles. TGU with circus bell: 1*44kg PB on the left, equal PB on the right. This was the implement I tore my cartilage on so very nice to successfully get the lift. Also harder than expected though. CGBP: 5*8*72.5kg Strict press (paused): 5*5*52.5kg Deads: 10*3*130kg Front-squats: 5*5*95kg | ||

Log (FTOH): 5*85kg in 1 minute with 6 seconds to spare - really happy with this OH yoke carry: 3*67kg*100m 1-arm farmers: 1*47kg*50m, 2*50m*37kg Sack carry: 4*65kg*40m, 1*65kg*100m, 1*65kg*120m Tyre flips: 1*350kg, 26*227kg | ||
