17/2/14 The edge gym

Deadlifts - didn't know what i could pull so didn't do 531 but i will next session

70kg x 5
110kg x 5
140kg x 5
140kg x 5
140kg x 5

found these easy enough but was aware my lower want as flat as i would like i will prob use 140 as my max weight and build up slow

Front Squats
5 x 60
5 x 70
5 x 80

Prowler
4 runs of about 18/20m using high grip and low grip

Backwards Sled pulls
4 runs of 18/20m with 90kg

finished legs are sore

no that was a old video i could squat a fair bit more then 100 x 3 though but no point build up slow
