Going to start logging again as forget what I've done otherwise.

Nothing noteworthy to report except a 320kg Squat since stopped logging

Only train 2 x per week and only Squat, DL, Log & Bench now so wont see much variation!

Tuesday

320kg x 1
330kg x 1
340kg x fail

Fronts
210kg x 2

Thursday

Suited DL
320KG x 1
