I really need proper log stands/rests, I’m tired of resting the log on car tyres and anything else I can find. I’ve seen some narrow compact stool type strands in some comps with a concave top that would be ideal. Anyone know where I can get them ?

The most common form are deadlift blocks with a small choc of wood front and back to prevent roll.

You wont find any rounded ones available to buy 'off the shelf' because they'd need to be done specificly to match the log that was going to be used with them.
