Bench (was trying out new shirt, did not go well could touch in my new double ply with 120kg... so f**ked it off, lou told me the size 58 which inzer had recommended was used by his guys who are 350lbs)

Close grip floor press thumb from smooth

ye ive also spoken to Larry Pasificos son an he says his dad (Larry) recons a raw bench is 75% triceps, and Travis bell according to Lou has moved his raw bench from 365lbs to 570lbs in 2.5years almost completely by tricep work and he has 25" arms...

told me to do atleast 100 band pushdowns a day, DBs on all Bench days using 10-15 reps and BB extensions to the throat 8-12s
THEN im goin back in later and basic plan is to do MORE tricep work...

wow 365 is kinda s**t though right?

im very accepting now that the more my triceps do, the less crippled i will be and therefore the more weight i will bench...

its 160kg so not good, however taking that to 270kg in 2.5 years is amazing and the guys clean apparently

The hard part is if you are already chest dominant how to press without your chest/lats overpowering you. It's very easy to turn a CGBP into a chest/lats dominant exercise and power it through the bottom off your lats. So unfortunately (!) you may need to resort to boards and/or a Slingshot. It's a lot easier to press in the tricep groove if you take the bottom position out.

does it really matter, just do Close grips over regular bench and extensions after...
plus im jelous if your lats are involved in the bench

im really enjoying it up to now, just with i could get a car though im lucky that the bus to the city centre is every 15min right outside my hotel
