Earlier this year my motivation for my powerlifting training completely dried up, after a couple of weeks of not training my wife put her boot up my arse to get me back down the gym and I changed to a body part split, more bodybuilding style, after pumps etc. I even did an arm day for the first time since I was a teenager with zero knowledge. I just needed to find a way to remind myself I lift weights for myself because I love doing so, try and remove any pressure to train. | ||
