Is this a recent change in Muscle and Fitness to try and move a bit away from being so focused on bodybuilding and general gayness or is it just a one off? Either way it can only be positive for Strongman, PL and strength sports in general. | ||

I have (accidentally) discovered a way of getting it from Sainsbury's (or any supermarket) without looking like you wanna bum everyone. Put the magazine in the front part of the trolley then procced to fill trolley and put mik etc on top of magazine. Go to check out and empty trolley except forget to put mag on as its been squashed at front and you don't notice it until you leave shop and load car! Only done this once but it worked!!! | ||

My missis does this with the cat litter, she puts it on the hook on the back of the trolley and they never notice, I never do it I always put in on the conveyer ; ) always pick the 16 yera old check out lad too that doesnt give a f**k if you pay or not lol | ||
