Yay, there's room in this week for a random s**t day. Get in.

Squats
30kg x 10 reps
30kg x 10 reps
30kg x 10 reps
40kg x 10 reps
40kg x 10 reps --Super easy (of course) but it just felt good to have the bar on my back again. I had to fight myself, wanted to ramp each set but I kept it calm.

Bench Press 85kg x 21 reps
Deadlift 140kg x 21 reps
Chin ups x 21 reps
EZ Curls 40kg x 21 reps

Time 8:47

I wanted to get under 10 minutes which I did Grin . Asthma kicked in hard after the deads so I had to do the chin ups in 1's and 2's as I recovered. After that the curls were easy but the pump was insane. In warmer weather and slight improvements in recovery I think I can push this down below 5 minutes. However I think it would be better to simply go heavier and make the whole thing even more miserable.

It looks a lot worse than it is. I have every confidence in my rack, in fact it's likely stronger than most since it's made from scaffold. That's enough testing for now though, I'll get some more grunt before trying again.

Oh Valeria was horrendous. The chin ups let me down a bit but my lungs were screaming by that point. It's a great test that I will repeat in a few months once I feel I've improved.

Picture perfect reps on the rows mate and overhead looking strong..is that push press or strict?

Cheers mate, Press is always strict unless otherwise stated mate. I love pressing. My shoulders have grown recently and all pressing is getting better...

This was interesting, shoulder started to pump up even after so few reps. I feel the addition of a band would be good as these are too easy near the top but straight weight would make them too much for the initial part of the lift.

Squats
60kg x 5 reps
60kg x 5 reps
60kg x 5 reps --All sets felt damn near perfect. Since I'd taken a 20kg jump in weight I cut the volume. Not a problem and no niggles, I need to get more reps in now.

Trap Bar Deadlift
85kg x 10 reps
135kg x 10 reps --Getting in some more volume on my warm up sets
175kg x 5 reps
215kg x 3 reps
245kg x 2 reps
275kg x 6 reps --PB by 3 reps, I've had them in a tank for a while, it was just as case of doing them. I considered going for another rep but I'd hit my goal and I was being mindful of recovery.

Thanks Dave, I'm very close to my best ever on everything (bar squats for obvious reasons). My current work heavily influenced by Wendler's 531 which gave me great results. Finding the right balance of volume, intensity, recovery and fun has been key.
