Anyway, Monday Squat 175 X 5, 5 - with belt, travel took it's toll Paused 150 X 3 X 3 Safety bar box squat 150 X 1 Sumo 100 X 6 X 3 Off blocks just below knees 140 X 12, 12 V handle pulldown abs ------ Wednesday Box squat 180 X 1 Good morning 100 X 12 with belt leg extensions Was so hungover, f**king abysmal -------- Today bench 100 X 8, 8 Spoto press 80 X 10 Incline dumbbells 40 X 8 smith machine btn press 1 plate X 5, 5 Seal row - they actually have a f**king station for it! 40 X 15, 15, 15 - second set on IG Dips Big chain X 3 Big + med X 3 bw X 10 dumbbell rows pushdowns v handle rows other arm and shoulder stuff | ||
