have to agree mate you definitely looked good for 100kg there but cant complain with 2 pbs already overhead lol.

Ta mate, yes think it is now...if I feel ok i'll have a pop at it next week...never done 100kg on a normal bar

Okay..change of plan for comp...now doing the full push/pull comp. Singlet has been dusted off and it still fits and ready to go. Absolutely zero prep for it, middle of a hefty volume block so what the hell I will lift I don't know but it will be a laugh. Unlike normal powerlifting comps you get 4 attempts at each lift so will open easy...135-140kg bench and 280kg Deadlift then go from there depending how easy/tough its feeling. Would like 150-160kg Bench and 300kg+ dead but have no idea at this point in a training set up how likely it all is.

150kg bench (10kg comp pb)... 300kg deadlift (27.5kg comp pb). Deadlift bar threw me a bit so lost some speed off the floor but happy enough. I actually failed 300kg...using crappy liquid chalk I lost my grip... Found some proper chalk and grip not an issue.

Feeling a bit beat up after a ton of volume last week and a heavy day Saturday so deloading my big 3 lifts this week...

Heaviest I have been able to go with these for a long time...shoulder doesn't like rep 1 as its flicked up but is ok after...if I had a hand up I could handle more weight but this gave the desired upper chest work.
