Back off week...session in today and maybe one more on Thursday before it all kicks off next week.

Bench Press

60kg x 20
80kg x 20
100kg x 10
120kg x 5
140kg x 8
160kg x 2 paused

Elbow a little creaky but loosened up with lots of reps. Every thing moving easily enough. Minimal volume, feeling strong but keeping things to a minimum this week.

Dead Stop Floor Press

100kg x 5
120kg x 5
140kg x 1
162.5kg x 2 rep pb

Again feeling strong and on form but limited things right down. I had a 3rd there I think with 162.5kg but a double is a pb anyway so kept things easy.

Incline Dumbbell Bench

36.5kg x 15
36.5kg x 15
50kg x 10

Banged out a quick 3 sets...comfy reps...ironically I think 50kg x 10 is a pb...easy lift, enjoyed these for a change.

Cable Crossovers

45kg x 12
45kg x 12

Again quick few sets, nice and controlled.

Yellow Back Machine

145kg x 10 rep pb
150kg x 8 rep pb

Weight keeps going up and up and up on these and they feel very good.

Cable Curls

85kg x 8 rep pb
85kg x 6

Biceps to finish.

And that was that, in and out in no time, very easy session but just what I need this week, heal up and get ready for next week.

I plan on having the best 16 weeks training ever culminating in some massive PB's before I start a hefty cut and change focus for a little while. Deads and maybe a few squats and accessories probably due Thursday.

Iíve never done floor presses, do you think they have good crossover to flat bench?

I really rate them mate and especially done like this off of pins, my starting strength is going up already and i'm getting faster and faster. My second bench day of my new plan is based on these for starting strength and reverse band work for my explosive strength, coupled with my main bench day of progressive triples followed by CAT work I think i'm covering every base.
