Member 2775, 6927 posts | The way i see the 300 x 10 is it's only like adding 20k more each side as the deadlift bar will add the rest and am pretty sure im going to have put that on rows by the end of this phase so why not. If anybody wants to know ways to work grip training into your regular workouts check out my video of tonights training.

Never done a touch and go rep in my life but maybe, normal reps and maxes though there is no increase in poundage for me.

Bendier bars feel nicer to pull on but in terms of actual weight increase, meh not worth any extra money.

It may be, but I don't think you'll get an extra 6-7 reps between doing touch and go and conventional deadlifts. Even then, 4 with 300 would give a 340 max - 60kg (or a 20% gain) over your lifetime pb. Have you considered following any form of routine, e.g. Coan? Even just taking the main lift percentages and throwing the assistance away it gives good structure - and a proven one at that.
