Sorry to hear about your troll troubles Becca. I guess one way you could look at it is that they are a sign that you are succeeding and improving. You wouldnt be getting any heat if this wasnt the case. I for one enjoy watching yours and Pauls training and progress Happy

Apparently im a circus act and all our trainings rubbish.

Fact is im stronger than ever, improving rapidly and i think theyre just seriously insecure.

They know they gon' get beat next year no doubt from me whatsoever Happy.

Using it as a positive, only losers focus on winners, winners focus on winning and i will continue to do so Happy

So first 3 x a week done and successful overall although I certainly didn't get what I wanted to do done yesterday. Wanted to do t-bar rows, one arm dumbbell rows, cable pulldowns and back extensions but lower back wasn't having any of it and we were both completely exhausted. I think the yoke on Wednesday killed us both. Really hard on the whole core with straps. Hopefully next week goes better but certainly strength wise everything is on track.

As I've had some s**t on Facebook about this, want to point out that it's my decision how heavy I get and has nothing to do with anybody else. Also anybody that thinks i'm just gaining fat, and 'have no muscle mass', that's definitely not the case. See me in person and I can almost guarantee my apparent fat rolls will have you feeling pretty small. Yes I've gained fat and yes that was part of the plan, but my belly isn't just fat, I've also gained a lot of muscle on my abs due to a ton more core work. I've also been gradually losing fat for the past month or so and will be continuing to do so whilst adding muscle with more focus on training the muscles and bodybuilding as I've spoke of. It's all part of a plan and everything is going to plan, strongest I've ever been and that's what matters. I'm not training to be a model and everybody has there own personal goals.

Decided not to up the weight and just go for one more session at 251kg and 301kg on the trap bars then will switch focus to ssb squat and bodybuilding stuff. Will have a kind of deload week next week and creatine will have kicked in then so hoping Becca can get 7 reps and I can get 10 but we'll see. Pretty much all gravy for here with that. Also got the #3 and #4 grippers from america arriving soon.

So have entered Englands qualifier in may (uk's qualifying path). Nothing will change with training until i find out the events and maybe not much even then as 6 months out anyway. This was always the plan if return to strongman training went well and its for sure gone/going well. 174kg now, will maybe get to 175kg before creatines finished with. Muscle is coming on pretty quick especially in lats, 60 inch chest already and can feel lats under arms again. Will start adding more bodyweight exercises into the routine now to get used to the increase in bodyweight, doing that has always worked well in the past. I would like to get to doing handstand push ups again but not sure how exactly i could set that up without risking killing myself. Last time i did them i was only 140kg.
