I very much like this comment I may use it if that's ok Grin in fact I tell people it's scientifically proven you are 10% stronger with a beard! On the flip side 15% weaker with a man bun or top knot Grin lol

That is ok. Yeah, 10% minimum on all lifts. I use my beard like a slingshot on overhead too, get a good 20% then, pops right off it straight to lockout if hit it right.

Had a bit of a f**k up session today. Possibly due to my arms getting bigger but still, a bit of a f**k up.

Bodyweight = 169.3kg

Push press against bands
- 122.5-152.5kg (very easy)
- 140-170kg x fail (explained below)
- 92.5-112.5kg x 2, 2 (attempt at speed work but had no explosion left)

- +100kg x 5
- +120kg x 5 w/ slingshot
- +80kg x reps

Smith seated lockouts
- to +120kg x 5
- +140kg x fail (didn't rest enough, gym with shutting)

- 20kg bumpers x 50 something seconds?

So the reason the 152.5kg was really easy and then I failed the 170kg was because I had to wrestle with my elbow sleeves for 15 minutes between those two sets. Took 3 attempts to finally get them both on and I was completely spent by the time I finally got to do the set. Usually they are fine and I put them on myself without much effort. Will have to get some bigger ones.

Not a problem I've ever had either, arms have always been small compared to the rest of me but maybe they are getting bigger. Will measure them later and see.

It is a problem though as can't find elbow sleeves big enough anywhere. For some reason strength shop only do small sizes now.

Wasn't happy with Yesterdays so went back today, mainly just did arms (measured them before the gym and are a touch bigger 20.5" cold now).

Smith lying triceps extension (like JM press but closer to face)
- to +120kg x 7, 4
- +80kg x 20, 15, 15

Cable curl
- to stack x 8?
- 150lb x reps
- 100lb 2 x reps

I was under the impression all the big guys used knee wraps on their arms.

Struggling to find any of those big enough as well, lot are basically the same sizes. I may try my xxxl knee sleeves like I wore last week when couldn't find my elbow ones but I think they are the same size.

- european just to stomach to 150kg (pretty easy)
- european to 100kg x 2 (just practicing, not done this before)

18" axle deadlift tng
- 230kg x 11 (felt like crap, had no power after so many clean sets and very tight still but back is a lot better at least)

Was feeling drained so kept it just to shoulder presses. Will do more tomorrow. The 4xl sleeves didn't fit so had to go sleeveless. Will try sbd's I bought for Becca. Got new collars that are much tighter, made the axle a solid setup, definitely made it more difficult to balance.
