I use my beard like a slingshot on overhead too, get a good 20% then, pops right off it straight to lockout if hit it right. | ||

Took 3 attempts to finally get them both on and I was completely spent by the time I finally got to do the set. Usually they are fine and I put them on myself without much effort. Not a problem I've ever had either, arms have always been small compared to the rest of me but maybe they are getting bigger. Will measure them later and see. It is a problem though as can't find elbow sleeves big enough anywhere. For some reason strength shop only do small sizes now. | ||

I may try my xxxl knee sleeves like I wore last week when couldn't find my elbow ones but I think they are the same size. | ||
