Ah, obviously much smaller sizes then.

Honestly they arn't very big, I've always had small arms. In the gym when using them they will be 21", 21.5" tops. I think though really it's bigger than that as of course my forearms are way bigger than most who's arms measure that much and that's half the issue, first thing is getting them over my forearms, then next problem is the triceps. The 4xl strong sleeves couldn't for the life of me get them over my forearms, but the 2xl SBD's I got on fully for left arm and almost fully right, just couldn't get last bit of triceps.

Probably will have to get some 3xl's before northern's as most likely will gain another stone or two yet, but I love the warmth for the joints these give.

My larges are snug but fine, my arms are just over 21. Theyre SBD right?

Yeah. How big are your forearms? Just measured mine at 17.5". Could possibly be forearm size or maybe where my triceps sit as the large part is further up my arm than where I'd measure to go around the bicep. It's that part and forearms I struggle to get sleeves over. My biceps themselves are really small.

My shoulder operations now been confirmed for a week tomorrow. Will be around 12 weeks until i can train shoulders and overhead properly from that date so me and paul will have to have a proper think about what comps im going to be healed enough for this year.

Fingers crossed it all goes well and im not in pain any more with it!

Ssb front squat
- to 200kg x 3 (the actual squats were really light but unracking it was a f**king nightmare, nearly passed out)

Hack squat (weird angle, only allows you to use quads)
- to +230kg x 3

Leg press (short range constant tension)
- to 600kg x 20

Walking lunges
- 12kg kettle bells x 20m

Calf supersets
- 3 x reps

Annoying as f**k that the rack height options make it almost impossible to unrack or almost impossible to get under as if unracking it wasn't an issue 250kg could go.

Whats the difference between custom programming and coaching?

For a custom programme it's basically answering some questions, goals, history, injuries, what equipment you have access to, schedule, strengths and weaknesses, what they do for training now, those kind of things. Also viewing some video footage if possible so can look at body structure, movement, weaknesses within the lifts/events etc after I've took the info in I'll come up with a programme to best reach whatever goals they have (of course with nutrition included for the bit extra).

Coaching starts off more or less the same way, but it also includes everything in between the training plan and diet plan. Meaning everything from mind set to motivation, correcting form, ped's plan if a user, supplements, everything needed to do on a training day, none training day, what to do if schedule changes or holiday is planned, techniques tricks etc There's loads of extra things, but it's all on going with feedback so can make constant adjustments and essentially keep on top of them. Nothing stays the same so although even the normal programs will have people see great results and customised even more so, coaching is optimal. Right now it's also insanely cheap, especially for the 12 months.
