Really happy with my rehab and no pain from these exercises at all Happy

Kept them nice and light but 3 weeks and a day post op this i think is a very good sign!

At the moment i have a lot of scar tissue in the top of my bicep so using heat and pressure point massage to break it down but no pain whatsoever in the shoulder and the joint is moving almost perfectly Happy

Good that you can train.

Out of interest, what did you have planned for that session that was going to have people eating their words that you unfortunately couldn't do due to your injury?

150kg axle clean and push press x 3, 230-250kg ssb front squat x 3 in sleeves (weight depending on how different bar felt), 260kg x 20 Romanian deadlift, cylinder farmers to 160kg x 30m, yoke to 320-350kg x 30m (weight depending on how warm ups went), some drag training then rep / explosion work with large 100kg keg (gym has none heavier).

Edit - was planning on doing 100lb+ dumbbell laterals before the axle too

Wait a few months till after the European grip championships and I'll be doing some crazy weights. Will go up over those for sure. f**k knows what I'll be lifting really but I know it will be a lot. Just need to do everything I can during this prep to prevent injury in that phase as of course the higher the weights the more risk of injury. Will be doing loads to prevent injury (which is normal for me despite some peoples uneducated opinions) as I know its more and more dangerous the stronger I get.
