I am honestly considering buying my own brand new Watt bike for three and a half. Doubtful but possible. I would sooner spend that on a Watt bike and a Golf than a Nissan Duke alone

Alas the good money is that I buy neither but such is life. With even more improved planning my training will bring me all the good fortune I need

Also within a week of returning home my driving license may well become nothing more than a form of identification... Exciting times

Back on track... I only do between three and five hours a week on the Watt and even with better transitions this will not increase only the weightlifting, Pilates classes and treadmill will increase in frequency and intensity

Humph... Well... Not to worry I will carry on as for now

(I still need advice on however I can potential I f I want to make better use of my time on the Watt Bike.

Go pros have cornered the market. They aren't a purchase they are a requirement

If you woke up and you had a watt bike what would you do apart from using it for a given time for a give number if times per week

Would you observe the information... Which is fine it must be said... Or would you use it and if so how?

Got up late today and only really if anything fancied a go on the treadmill and some mid section exercises in this heat....however only one was free and Mrs Halter wanted to run her first ever 5km I have been coaching her on so I was left to my own devices

Close gripped bench press to start for twenty reps three times. Bar, forty and sixty. Then pec dec five sets of ten finishing on a heavy weight. Single legged tippy toes two sets of twenty five with bodyweight and then onto one hundred reps of crunches as fast as I could, stoping at every ten reps and making sure the effort was consistent

Five minute row and ten minute cross training

At the start of my session I did five minutes on the cross trainer and then ten minutes on the treadmill at four miles per hour. Then I did five sets of twenty reps of glute hamstring raises. I then did three sets of dumbbell screw curls to burn some time while I thought about something to do. I did twenty reps, then fifteen and finally ten on the third set. The weights were eight kilos, fourteen and then eighteen to finish. I spent the next four minutes doing press up and mountain climbers before concluding my workout with a heavy set of Viking presses.

I went in the treadmill for twenty minutes at four miles per hour then later I did five sets of five stiff legged deadlift with a sixty kilo barbell. I did some curls up to forty kilos for ten reps and five sets of side raises with eight kilos in each hand. From memory I don't think I did anything else...

Oh yeah I did four sets of twenty five reps more. Two of them were six kilo dumbbell rear delt flyes leaning onto a bench and two sets were single legged calve raises, at bodyweight. That was it.
