I need to update a couple of things on here...

Next Saturday I'm going to climb up mount Snowdon and watch the European Masters 94kg category weightlifting competition.

As always it would be great to see you there

Which doesn't surprise me when I realize that this morning I weighed 96.9kg!

Always happens when I try and lift heavy I put on flipping weight immediately.

At this rate I will have to lift against gorgeous George in the 94kg category Unhappy

If I was 92kg at this point I wouldnt mind but almost 97kg is a lot when you consider i don't have lots of weight I can lose... I'm not as lean as I'm going to be but not THAT much over weight... Which is surprising.

Still if I bang up 35 60 I guess it will be worth being 94kg for then... I've got all the time I need

What's a typical day's eating for you?

EDIT: Are they showing the European Games on tv in the UK? They are showing it all here on normal tv. Like watching the Olympics. No weightlifting though.

I'm only interested in the event as its a friend competing and its weightlifting

Other than that it's all like Takeshi's castle to me

I've not logged this weeks sessions properly on here yet but I will when I sit down and do it all at once

I've logged a few highlights though as you can see. I'm doing very well.

A typical day is eating meals up to about 4,500 and getting about 200 grams of protein. In the main I have a very well balanced dietary intake which includes daily food eaten purely for taste.

Today that was two KitKats before my afternoon nap and 300 grams of triple fudge cake given to me by a client. I get in less trouble than receiving sexual favours so it's win win nowadays.

I'm on the cusp of beginning to think about sticking to a calorie restricted dietary intake or having a fast day (just protein and shakes) to improve my body composition
