Essentially I run a company that build and run festivals and pop ups. At the moment we are building a few pop up restaurants from shipping containers and the like. Middle of May until start of July I'm running 8 festivals In 7 weeks. I'm the gaffer but I can't help getting stuck in on the labouring side.
