Front Squats: (AMRAP in 20 minutes)
85kg for 32 reps.


Would have made a few more reps. I thought it was 20 singles in 20 minutes to begin with so took my sweet time, hah.

Recently back from Thailand. Beach, alcohol, diarrhoea, poor nutrition resulted in a significant bodyweight loss. 57kg yesterday haven't been so light in a long time.

Felt unfit training today. Positive to start in a weakened state as can progress consistently from this point with renewed focus.
