Severe Dizzy spells/vertigo following each set of squats even from the first set. I believe I was dehydrated and had hypotension. Drank more water and the dizzy spells subsided a little. Forced myself to continue despite being concerned and glad I did. Evening Strict Barbell Press: 20kg x12. 30kg x6. 37.5kg x6. 42.5kg x3.
