please tell me your in NW london im despreate for a training partner or 2... i trian either in wembley as oddessy at bulldogs gym or in barnet at the works... anywhere near

i know all i do is eat sleep and train here it is impossible not to look better it is like being on fat camp

ye i will be able to apply it... joe explains everythign and also he says he will email me the wokrouts i would be doign if i were there i.e. still trainign there so should keep on top of it somewhat

I am in North West London yeah. Working at Northwick Park hospital first year and Charing Cross and Hammersmith hospitals second.

Have heard some good things about this Genesis gym.

How far are the gyms you mentioned from Northwick Park?

il find out i havent got a clue, but im sure il be seeing you in some og the gyms about.

MELB
squat worked upto a double @405lbs with 80lbs of chain.... moved fast, loads more there
forward sled drags 315lbs on the sled 4x30yards
back extensions with double mini bands 3x10
ab circuit

train with a guy called deon anderson who just got drafted byt he cowboys and is likely to be there starting full back this year he is 250lbs with a 4.4 40yard i.e. very quick and only 5 11. basiclaly never had a workout like it everything felt so light with this guy just screaming in your ear the hwole way thru i have never met a dude like it. it is like squatting with dynamite up your ass

20 minute dynamic warm up
6 x 10yard sprints
6 x 20yard sprints with moutain climber starts
6 x 60yard shuttles (3 stright and back, 3 sideward shuffles)
3 x illonois drill best time 14.5second, best time there was high 12's and worst was low 16's so not too bad was in the middle.

prolwer sprints with 180lbs on it 3x30yards

end up of puked this one one brutal has no leg and no back and then had to push thr f**king prowler which is double the weight of usual not fun at all.

safety bar box squats starting at the bottom 1 rep @ 160, 210, 260, 310, 330 then second set 160, 210, 260, 310, 260, 210, 160 quite cool actually

3 x illonois drill best time 15second, was in the middle again the rests this week were shorted and it showed on the drill

i asked to get a 40time... 5.0 dead , not great but as joe says you cant start your first 10yards is s**t, you have no form, you are accelerating upto 30yards into it, it was proabably slightly longer than 40yards and it was after all that work. so he says with 2 weeks of technique coaching i should be at 4.7-4.8 quite easily and then it would be about dropping bodyfat and increasing stength to get under 4.6. but still he was impressed with my top speed. sorry about the essay but first time i have clocked anythign since my 12.2, 100m in the 5th year at school so i was 16. plus i beat my bro
