Rest is a tough thing to find when little ones are poking you in the eye to read them a book or something of the sort. I found out that sleeping when they sleep could help at times. They are also fast and cut corners quickly. Traffic, slamming doors (fingers as you know already. My 7 year old thinks that riding her bicycle at fast speeds in the street is awesome. Yesterday I removed the air from her bike tires. I have yet not heard the end of it. I spend at least 2 of my precious hours after work driving the children to and from Rugby, dance,wrestling, pianio lessons, Lacrosse, Cheerleading etc... Then WE can train when all their bellies are full and they fall asleep. Could you imagine my water bill danny?

In 3 weeks I am going to be a curler for a bit. I love curls. I feel that I lost them along the strong power path. All phases are a flower.

I did some multiple grip stuff the other week damn those wide ones strain the pecs can see If one was not careful one could rip it off the bone, I. Rediscovering the Cgbp with no frills. Great stuff
