It takes a long time if you hurt you back bad enough. Lots of stretching and water. I sincerely hope it gets better, it is no way to live. When I worked, I looked at the clock often, came home and went to bed.

Thankyou Billy, much appreciated! I seem to spend every spare hour stretching for very little benefit. Just keep on keeping on as they say.
My days are often how you describe, just with stretching before bed lol

Squats all raw 80%

All felt like a grind. On the last set lower back/hip lhs tight... Decided to stop short of 5. Note to self: Always bring wraps and belt even if you feel good.
Next week will go heavier 6 x 2 and use wraps and belt so should in theory feel lighter than this week?

Thanks for asking, all the family have a little cold. I noticed the boys are damn barrel chested, mighty fine looking genetics from the side. The wholesome diet and exercise is yielding the good start I wanted them to have Happy

Back and legs and hip stiff. However decided to have a punt.

Deadlift raw: 80%

140 x 3 felt alright really so went for my plan.

put belt on light just to see if it feet differnt
175 x 5 felt a bit better but tbh beltless was fine really. Might belt up next week...we will see after first set don't want further longer term injury to m=y back...
