Sissy squats ONLY if you have knees of steel.. Surprising or not, my quads are in bits from them. As I've said, No1 underrated quad builder

It is true Happy

Stronger than my shoulders at present!

I also have genetically very large (14 plus inches) forearms with long muscle bellies which I guess helps with curling...

Just measured my forearms at 13.25". People think mine are chunky. I'm crap at curling though.

My forearms are also long whereas my upper arm is smaller in comparison...perhaps a mechanical advantage?
