dark side...I dropped to 12 stone and putting 1/ 2 lb back on per week. Increased volume and more bb training with Deads and Squats every other week...

Hoping to get more muscle back on whilst reducing niggles, then see what I fancy doing.

I will see if I can get this book sooner than later. Many questions seems can be answered from this book. Does it have textbook answers or will I be hypnotized from it?

How did the cogs hold up and did the sensors indicate any overload @190 units? I hope the ride was not bumpy.
