I want a 320 dead this year mate at around 100kg

I'm also just training for an hour at a time including warm ups, and keeping things intense, 8-10 sets and get out of there. Enjoying it actually instead of doing tons of volume work which takes hours. The higher rep intense stuff compensates for the lack of volume I think also.
