Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22044 posts	I've heard of this, and sand being used. Do grip guys do dexterity stuff too? I wonder if Paul Savage could match my card skillz.

I seem to have a problem whereby my hands go really numb when exposed to even the slightest bit of cold. Even in just room temperature my hands can go cold and numb and I will need to warm them up for absolutely ages before doing something that requires any amount of dexterity. If anyone could provide any insight into the problem i would be extremely grateful.
