I always wanted to visit Scandinavia and while travelling decided I wanna try living somewhere else than the UK, So here I am and so far I'm liking it here very much.

The lack of crime is very apparent and I love the gym I train at, it has full Ivanko kit two squat racks. Oh the weather is good too Grin

Did some push press technique work with light weights. Previously I've been supporting the bar in my hands for PP but now I'm trying to get the bar to rest on my shoulders to get more drive from the push. Doesn't feel too comfortable on my wrists though..

First session using chalk as opposed to straps so it was of interest to me to see how my grip holds up - it's always been a strongpoint but not having done any deadlifts without straps in a long time would of course weaken it.
I also changed from a conventional bodybuilding belt to a powerlifting belt.

Cheers lads. I set my targets for the end of the year: 100kg Strict press,
260kg deadlift, 200kg squat, 155kg bench
Tough targets but I'm I plan to eat my way through any plateaus.

Did some work on an incline press plate loaded machine. Worked upto 50kg per side for 6 reps.

Weight down a bit today, I normally have a days rest after shoulders but I start my holiday in 2 days so I wanted to squeeze in an extra workout. Defo noticed my shoulders and triceps were not fully recovered.

Met up with some old lifting buddies last night to do a bit of lifting. It seems the 6 days rest from training did me some good..

245kg x 1 pb still some left in the tank. Feeling very strong on deadlift at the moment.

Worked upto 130kg on bench but I knew a pb wasn't in me tonight for this.

Did some weighted pullups, worked upto 42.5kg for a single
