Look to spend 15 - 20 quid. Love how that beef brisket recipe has 97g protein per portion!! I think I could stretch it to 8 portions instead of 4.

Gone and easily forgotten....... Member 331, 22298 posts SQ 185, BP 100, DL 230515.0 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq | Dave, how does the quark change the texture/taste of that there meal? That's a pretty cheap one!

the UK's leading expert in bio mechanics Member 1973, 7379 posts | Makes it creamy and rich with the tomatoes. It adds about 15grams of protein per serving so is pretty important from that respect. If you were to have it as a side, or with white fish added to the mix I would possibly leave it out.

Gone and easily forgotten....... Member 331, 22298 posts SQ 185, BP 100, DL 230515.0 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq | Yes it does add a good chunk of protein. Thing is I dislike the actual taste of quark, does it add that sourness? I do imagine white fish goes quite well instead/as well. Probably disintegrate entirely.
