Deads 180, 160 x 7 (6 sets)
Cable rows - 4 or 5 sets

I did a single with chains and 140, which felt super heavy and then some machine pullovers

6 sets of 7 on the deadlifts were more than I expected

Embracing the volume once more

Squats to 150 then 130 x 5 for 7 sets
Front squats 100 x 5 for 3 sets, last set was punctuated by a further 5 reps in the back squat
