Had a bit of back pain the last time I deadlifted, then again after the first two sets today. Had 15 mins then tried again and it suddenly felt pretty good. So went for a massive 120! Check me!

Had a few little sessions I haven't bothered posting, nothing of any note. Going to hit the pressing hard for a while until I get MRI results and hopefully some sort of plan to treat it.

Haven't been able to get in due to been away for 5 days then getting home and my car failing it's MOT. All sorted now hundreds of pound later

Never done safety bar before but read it was a bit easier on your back so thought I'd give them a light try, easy enough obviously just put the belt on on the last set because my back felt a little tight. Think my gut must be growing cus the belt felt terrible lol. Look forward to doing more of these

90 x 5 x 2 sets - had 1 or 2 more reps there on each set, going to keep going up in weight each week repping out then hit a new pb, definitely one brewing.

Left it there, backs in agony today for some reason, wanted to chuck 100 on the log but going to do the jumps weekly instead, keep it sensible. Enjoying my pressing at the mo

Yeh was thinking 130-135 might go, don't deserve it really a 10kg pb increase when I haven't even trained it lol. Strict log must be helping, and a little weight gain lol

100 x 2 f3 log slipped down my chest after the second rep then when I reset it is lost my rhythm

Missed the 100 first two try's, kept messing up the clean. Definitely got 3 or 4 there on it but shoulders felt quite fatigued from bench and felt starving the whole time so felt a bit light headed and weak. Need to fuel up better for sessions. Think because I'm pushing bench and log heavy each week I need to alternate one heavy and the other light twice a week rather than both heavy in the same session

maybe look at hitting 140 within a few sessions...
