I hit a pb today with a chest infection Member 3283, 1921 posts | 28/6/16 Deads Bar x 12 60 x 5 100 x 5 x 4 sets 120 x 5 Had a bit of back pain the last time I deadlifted, then again after the first two sets today. Had 15 mins then tried again and it suddenly felt pretty good. So went for a massive 120! Check me! | ||

All sorted now hundreds of pound later 24/7/16 5 mins on bike Shoulder warm ups Bench Bar x 15 x 2 60 x 10 80 x 10 100 x 12 110 x 5 - don't think this is far off pb territory, might even be one I'm not sure Strict log Bar x 15 40 x 6 80 x 6 x 3 sets Tricep pushdowns 2 sets of 15 1 set of 8 with the stack Deads 50 x 8 90 x 8 Just keeping it ticking over | ||

I hit a pb today with a chest infection Member 3283, 1921 posts | Yesterday 26/7/16 5 mins bike Safety bar squat Bar x 12 x 2 60 x 8 80 x 5 100 x 5 - with belt Never done safety bar before but read it was a bit easier on your back so thought I'd give them a light try, easy enough obviously just put the belt on on the last set because my back felt a little tight. Think my gut must be growing cus the belt felt terrible lol. Look forward to doing more of these Leg curls 3 sets x loads Leg extensions 3 sets x loads Just a short sesh | ||

New max pb coming soon for sure, only done 120 before now as I've barely trained it consistently Strict log Bar x 15 40 x 6 80 x 6 90 x 4 lost balance 90 x 5 x 2 sets - had 1 or 2 more reps there on each set, going to keep going up in weight each week repping out then hit a new pb, definitely one brewing. Left it there, backs in agony today for some reason, wanted to chuck 100 on the log but going to do the jumps weekly instead, keep it sensible. Enjoying my pressing at the mo | ||

Yeh was thinking 130-135 might go, don't deserve it really a 10kg pb increase when I haven't even trained it lol. Strict log must be helping, and a little weight gain lol | ||

Definitely got 3 or 4 there on it but shoulders felt quite fatigued from bench and felt starving the whole time so felt a bit light headed and weak. Need to fuel up better for sessions. Think because I'm pushing bench and log heavy each week I need to alternate one heavy and the other light twice a week rather than both heavy in the same session | ||
