Had a nice weekend off last week and went fishing for 48hrs, bloody needed that.

5 mins bike

Safety bar squat beltless
Bar x 12 x 2
60 x 5 x 3 sets
80 x 5 x 2 sets
Kept it light and left it there

Leg extensions
3 sets of 10

Leg curls
3 sets of 10

Decided I'm not going to deadlift ever again, going to see if I can maintain some sort of squatting even if it is just light for reps, and concentrate on log and bench, although I hate bench. With some back assistance stuff. And that'll be about it, I want a 150 log before my back gives out completely lol

Loads of tricep work

Bench felt like an exercise I'd never done before lol, wobbling the bar everywhere and my muscles weren't expecting it. Getting back at it

Yeh, in a weird way I feel like a weights been lifted off my shoulders now I've given in and accepted I'm not deadlifting.
Log has always been free and typically today I'm in agony, hope it's just because I haven't done it in a while as oppose to my back getting worse potentially

Backs been pretty bad all week, getting a bit paranoid as log has never brought it on in the past, and even doing things that have brought it on the pain gets a lot better after a week, but it's not changed up to yet. So no log today and just benched again :-(

Was going to do 4 sets but my shoulders were shot from that, not use to it lol.

Hammer curls

Very happy with log, no back pain! Mental how happy that makes me!

Wouldn't think so mate, I don't get any pain from doing it. Also I didn't bench for nearly 2 years and have only done it very sparingly since, only the last few weeks I'm trying to do it weekly
